We take you to three sour focused breweries to sample wild and sour ales of all sorts. We team up with the brewers at these sites to teach you everything you would want to know about sour beers and answer the questions you were afraid to ask.
Learn the different ways sours are made, get an understanding of the history and traditions of sour beers and learn the terminology brewers use and sour beer drinkers need to know.
